Shipping policy
We will only ship to verified postal addresses. Please ensure that your address is verified as this helps for a speedier clearance. We will not usually be able to ship to any other address. We aim to dispatch items within 1-3 days of receiving your cleared payment. Processing times for Print-on-Demand items (such as clothing and other custom garments) may differ and may be shipped from an alternate global location. Once your order has been prepared for shipping, we will despatch your order as swiftly as possible via the selected Royal Mail postal service.
Upon dispatch, Royal Mail delivery usually takes;
1-4 working days within the UK
3-5 working days to Europe
5-8 working days to the rest of the world
Customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) may be charged upon delivery for some international orders and required to obtain your order. We cannot estimate customs fees, taxes, duties or any related handling fees. Please contact your local customs office for further details. We do not issue any refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of any orders should the recipient refuse to pay any required customs fees.

- We ship worldwide using Royal Mail, Royal Mail Tracked and Royal Mail International services.
- Unforeseen delays may occur during transit and shipping times provided are estimates and not guaranteed.

- If you wish to send items to different locations, a separate order must be placed for each item with a different shipping address.
- Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed.
- Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping address once an order has been processed for despatch.
- Once items have been dispatched we are unable to rectify any mistakes in your delivery address.
- We will only ship to verified postal addresses. Under most circumstances we cannot usually ship to PO Boxes.
- We are able to ship most of our items to U.S. Military APO/FPO addresses.
